I underwent undergraduate training at Oxford University and St Thomas Hospital medical school before going on to post graduate obstetric/gynaecology training at St Thomas’, Queen Charlottes and Chelsea, University College and the Whittington Hospitals.
I completed specialist gynaecological cancer training at Barts and the Royal Marsden Hospitals before returning to UCH in 2000. I have RCOG sub-specialist accreditation in gynaecological cancer, colposcopy and minimal access surgery
2000 – present. Consultant Gynaecological Oncologist UCLH. I am a member of the UCLH Sarcoma MDM.
2001-2007: Lead for Gynae Oncology UCLH and the North London Cancer Network
2008-2011; Clinical divisional director for Womens Health at UCLH.
2009-present: Lead for colposcopy UCLH
I am an Honorary Senior Lecturer; with 25 peer reviewed publications, and 10 book chapters. I am on the trial management committee for the United Kingdom Collaborative Trial in Ovarian Cancer Screening.
