The RNOH are holding Sarcoma Support and Information days for patients (and their carers) that have been treated for a diagnosis of sarcoma. 

The dates of the next events are as follows:

• Saturday 22nd November 2014
• Saturday 25th April 2015
• Saturday 14th November 2015

The day will include talks and workshops to help you better understand sarcoma, and give you tips and advice on how to manage the challenges of day-to-day life. There will also be charity stalls and complementary therapies available on the day, and lots of opportunities to share your experiences with other patients and carers.

Areas covered include:

• Managing fatigue
• Healthy eating
• Promoting exercise
• Support for carers
• Returning to work
• Emotional wellbeing
• How to access local support services
