At UCH, there is extensive experience in the delivery of high intensity chemotherapy for sarcomas, and in providing the required supportive care including full ITU and interventional radiology services. Children, teenagers and adults are treated as in-patients, out-patients, and increasingly in the recently established ambulatory care unit, which allows delivery of complex chemotherapy regimens in an ambulatory setting giving patients more independence.
